Janine's Fitness specializes in women’s fitness, providing a small intimate setting to help you maximize your results and allow for personalized attention on technique and form.
 
To provide a fun, friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere women to grow, gain confidence, and become more physically fit.
 
 
 
 In August, Cindy completed the Spartan Race raising almost $800 for the Family Reach Foundation.  Thanks to all who contributed!
